3 Tips on How To Answer To "Tell Me About Yourself" With Examples
“Tell me about yourself.”
This is often the first question interviewers ask you, and we know how much first impressions matter.
Remember, what interviewers really want to know is "Why should we hire you?" Knowing how to answer this question gives you a great opportunity to showcase your skills and experience that makes you the right fit for the job.
It's an opportunity to sell yourself. So it's time to craft an elevator pitch to clearly explain why you're a suitable candidate.
Here are 3 points that you should include in your pitch;
WHO are you?
Share your background. Highlight relevant key skills, experiences and achievements.
What’s your WHY?
Share your goals, what are your interests or the motivation behind the things you do.
Relate your skills and experience to the job objectives. Share how you can contribute to the job and the company. Tell them what sets you apart from other candidates and why you deserve the job.
Here are some great examples that might help you.

I have worked with distributors and successfully launched health supplements and skin care products in the market. My passion lies in finding the right talents and bringing out the best in them to achieve the company's objectives and their personal career goals.
