For Employers:

Talent Verification: Our verification process helps ensure the legitimacy of profiles and qualifications listed by job seekers.

Secure Communication: Employers can communicate securely with potential candidates through our integration with WhatsApp

Candidate Non-Response: Employers can flag an unresponsive candidate. Upon flagging, we will follow up with the candidate, giving a 3-day deadline to respond. If there is no response, a credit refund will be issued. Note that you can only flag a candidate within 7 days after unlocking a chat with a candidate.

Candidate Pool: We define "active candidates" as those who have logged in within the past 60 days. Only these candidates will be included in the recommendation pool.

Key Milestones: A 7-day validity period is given to candidates to consider job offers and a 7-day period for employers to unlock their most preferred candidates.

Unlock Credit Management: You can assign specific budgets for unlock credits to departments or individuals. This allows for more effective allocation of credits based on your hiring needs.
For Job Seekers:

Legitimacy of Companies: We review the companies and jobs that are on our platform. A job card is only valid for 30 days and will expire after that, so you don’t receive inactive job cards.

Dispute Resolution: If you encounter any issues with a company or the platform itself, we have a dedicated team to help resolve them. You may contact +601154126245 on WhatsApp should you face any issues.
