Kabel 101 : Posting a Job on Kabel

In this tutorial, we’ll guide you through the essential steps to set up your Kabel account. Whether you’re new to Kabel or just need a refresher, we will ensure you’re ready to make the most of your recruitment experience!


Creating a Kabel Account
  1. Sign up on kabel.web.app and enter your phone number.

  2. Enter the OTP sent to your WhatsApp.

  3. Enter your Name, Email and Nationality.


Creating a Workspace
  1. Click on "Workspace"

  2. Enter necessary details about your company. It's best to enter as many details as you can for candidates to learn more about your company.

  3. Add media like pictures and videos to showcase your company culture and team.


Creating a Job Post
  1. Click "Create Job" and enter the job position you are hiring.

  2. Click "Generate" and our AI will generate the relevant skills that you may edit by clicking to add or remove.

  3. After clicking "Next", this is where you will enter important details for the candidates to learn more about the role. You may use the suggestions available.

  4. Click "Next" when you're done.

  5. Enter your job filters and click "Next" to create your job post.


Discovering Talents
  1. You will be presented a deck of suitable candidates for your job post immediately after posting a job.

  2. Click "✓" to show interest in a candidate, or "x" to reject a candidate card to view other candidates.

  3. Click "i" if you'd like to learn more about a candidate.


Matching & Chatting With Talents
  1. To view the candidates you have showed interest in, click on the "KIV" button.

  2. There will be 3 columns: Pending, Matched and Unlocked Pending : You have to wait for the candidates you have swiped on to respond to your job post. Matched : When the candidates in the pending section also show interest in your job post, it's a match. Here, you can start shortlisting the candidates. Unlocked : Candidates in this section are those that you have matched and unlocked the chat.

  3. When there is a match, you may pay to unlock the chat to connect with the candidate via WhatsApp.


Inviting Team Members
  1. Go to "Workspace" and click on "Members".

  2. Click "Send Invites" and copy the code or link to send to your colleagues.
